Hello again,
Sorry I've been gone so long. You want to know why?
My dad and I've been busy:
- Finding a way to add an extra 12 hours into a day,
- Building a time machine so we can visit the past and explore the future together, or
- Adding new children's art from great artists around the world to our fun Mon-STORE for you to enjoy.
If you guessed number two, you're right, but we've also been busy with number three… so if you have the time,
And stay tuned for new stories and podcasts… they're coming real soon.
Have fun,
– Josie (and dad)

The Dreaded Bubblegum Disease
[Memories from Magic World: day 16]
The true story of a little girl's imaginary world.
The Dreaded Bubblegum Disease
is very contagious,
that means
it's easy for you to catch,
so be careful
'cause you don't want it.
If you catch
the Dreaded Bubblegum Disease
you get little pink bubblegum bumps
all over you body…
but don't eat them
like I did,
'cause that makes it worse.
You can die if you don't get rid of
the Dreaded Bubblegum Disease,
because the bubble inside your body
will grow Bigger and BIGGER
until it
and you
POP!
IF YOU DON'T BURP A LOT
YOU WILL EXPLODE!
So burp, burp, burp
until the Dreaded Bubblegum Disease
flies out of your tummy
and into someone else's mouth
or onto the floor
so someone else can step on it,
'cause if it doesn't find a new home
the Dreaded Bubblegum Disease
will come back for seconds.
Have fun,
– Josie
There are no broken hearts in Magic World
[Memories from Magic World: day 13]
The true story of a little girl's imaginary world.
There are no broken hearts
in Magic World,
only melted ones,
because everyone is made of ICE CREAM.
That's why I left Magic World
for the Real World.
I was in trouble,
it was a very hot day.
But even if I didn't turn
into a pool of ooze,
I still would have died
if I stayed in Magic World.
Because the planet
was destroyed
by alien monsters.
Alien monsters called DOOM!
DOOM! looked like purple Jello
with two thousand eyes.
DOOM! wore sunset pink shirts
and blue sky skirts.
DOOM! also posed like little girls
and liked to sing,
"I'm a Barbie Women
in a Magic World.
I'm fantastic
and you are blasted."
Have fun,
– Josie
Watch out for the Dreaded Lollipop Disease
[Memories from Magic World: day 12]
The true story of a little girl's imaginary world.
It's easy to know if you caught
the Dreaded Lollipop Disease,
because you get multi-colored bumps
all over your body.
Bumps which are
sweet if you lick them…
and that's what makes
the Dreaded Lollipop Disease
so uncomfortable,
because when you catch
the Dreaded Lollipop Disease,
kids all over Magic World
chase you
to taste your flavors.
You catch
the Dreaded Lollipop Disease
by eating too many lollipops.
So be careful,
because if you catch
the Dreaded Lollipop Disease
you need to eat
the Even More Dreaded
Lollypop Medicine.
The Even More Dreaded
Lollypop Medicine
is a very dumb,
smart medicine,
because it won't let you
open your mouth
wide enough to eat
more than one lollipop a day
for a whole year.
But don't worry,
tomorrow my year is up.
And I plan to have fun,
– Josie
The quiet nights were wonderful
[Memories from Magic World: day 11]
The true story of a little girl's imaginary world.
In Magic World,
the babies
NEVER scream,
NEVER cry,
and
most
certainly
NEVER keep me awake all night.
I miss living in Magic World
and sleeping
with my head
above
the
pillOW.
Have fun,
– Josie
Bad guys only get one piece of candy a day
[Memories from Magic World: day 10]
The true story of a little girl's imaginary world.
There are more lollipops then YOU could ever want
on the Kissing Path,
and they are free for the picking
because no one ever takes more than they need,
except ONE day,
I mean one night,
Bad Guys came to the Kissing Path and stole ALL the candy.
Fortunately, there was a video camera on the Kissing Path,
so the police saw everything
even though they were sleeping,
because Magic World police have eyes on the backs of their heads,
eyes that never close
so the Magic World police can sleep with their back eyes facing the video camera,
and when those back eyes blink
it means that they have seen something bad,
and then police wake up.
And even though the police were far away from the Kissing Path,
they got there quickly, because they walked through the secret wall
that opens up to a shortcut that takes you anywhere you want
when you say the magic made up word, "Wadapadapa."
So now the Bad Guys are in jail,
and all the candy is back on the Lollipop Trees
because the police rehung it right away.
And the Bad Guys are unhappy and sad
because jail is so bad
and now they only get ONE piece of candy a day,
and ALL the salad they can eat…
oh yeah, they also get mashed potatoes, so it's not all that bad.
Have fun,
– Josie
The Scary Vacation [with daddy]
Once upon a time
there was a little girl
who was very exited
because she was going on vacation,
but what she didn't know
was that it was going to be
a SCARY vacation.
It was Halloween
and there were pumpkins
walking on their heads.
Bum bum bum.
Bah dee dah, bum bum bum.
Have fun,
– Josie
