This is a special gift, written on the 23rd as a gift for the 24th.

Everyone's rushing and pushing around,
Got things to buy got to head downtown,
But I don't have money and no where to be,
And I'm happier at home having you with me.

If I had money I know what I'd do,
Well I'd pile it all up and spend time with you,
For to buy anything else it just wouldn't be wise,
I've got all I need when I'm lost in your eyes.

I've got a wish list with twelve different things,
From gadgets and gear to being able to sing,
But the only wish I know will come true,
Is to wake up as happy as I am with you.

Others may wonder and others may cry,
“What happens to me, to us, when we die!”
But I've seen all I need to run out of life,
I’ve spent a moment lost in your eyes.

I've all I could ask for on this Christmas Day,
And if I had anything more ah then what could I say?
I've got family and friends, good love on the rise,
I have you and lost in your eyes.
