Bedtime Stories (Storytelling Library: November, 2005)
I had so much to eat tonight. I ate a lot of cake and it was very, very good. Especially the deserts. I had chocolate fudge cake, and a seven-layer vanilla cake, and pecan pie, and apricot pie, and a custard pie covered with fruit. It was all sooooooooo yummy, and I am thankful I could eat it all, because I usually not allowed to eat junk food.
I am also thankful for my school, because I know that in some countries I wouldn't be allowed to go school, because I'm a girl… I love my school.
Night night,

Today my daddy didn't lock his car keys in the car. I am so proud of him. Last time he locked his keys in the car we had to go all the way to his work and get him and it made us all cranky.

Today I asked my mommy, "What is uptown?"
And mommy said, "I don't know, what do you think?"
So I said, "Witches and rich people."
Then mommy asked me, "What is down town?"
So I said, "The Science Center and Museums."

Do you know what a duck says to a car?
It tells a joke!
Do you know what a car says to a duck?
Honk, honk, honk
Do you know what a pacifier says to a camera?
Can you stop flashing!
Do you know what a book says to a tape?
It doesn't get it. But it says, do you know what I'm
talking about?
NO!

I like to paint on the computer. I am painting Baby Monster Little Bird. I already painted Baby Monster Grandma. I am thirsty. I am painting the Baby Monsters so other people can see them. Daddy is going to put them in my book. It is called "My Baby Monsters and I went to the park." In the book we go to the park. I am writing it with my Daddy and when it is done, you can buy it.

I want to type but my mommy says that is her job. When I tell her what to write I talk slowly……. one………….. word………………… at………………………. a………………………. time………………………. so she will have time to write it all down. When Daddy types he tells me not to talk slowly, and I talk normally. Then he says, I talk to fast and he didn't get it all. I must learn how to type.
