The clown was so tired that it needed to go on vacation under the water.
Yawn
Yawn
Yawn
Yawn
"I think"
yawned the clown,"
"I think I'll go under"
yawn
"the water"
yawn
"for vacation"
yawn.
And then he went under the water.
And when it was night time,
and he was sleeping in a seashell
– it was a shark seashell —
and a shark came by
and…
Chomp chomp chomp.
Have fun,
– Josie

Baby Monster Eye Scream Girl and the other baby monsters went to the beach.
It was very hot that day.
All of them were lying….
at the beach…
lying down.
But then every other baby monster else went in the water,
while Baby Monster Eye Scream Girl was still lying in the sun.
And soon she started to melt.
Which made Baby Monster Mom and Dad very sad,
so they called the police
and the hospital.
"This should not have happened," said Baby Monster Doc.
"Baby Monster Eye Scream Girl should have not gone to the beach on a very hot day."
"Well," said Baby Monster Mom,
"then we can never go to the beach again."
"Yup," said Baby Monster Doc,
you can only go back when she gets old enough to take care of herself."
Have fun,
– Josie

Add on to this "And Then" story to see what happens next.
Once upon a time there was a little girl,
and it was Christmas Night.
She was sleeping,
but then Santa Claus came
and he didn't make any presents for her,
because he forgot.
AND THEN
Santa said, "Ho ho ho. I'm going to send you on vacation to Hawaii instead."
AND THEN
The mommy and daddy woke up in the morning and said,
"Hmm, where's our little girl?"
"I don't know, but we got to find her."
AND THEN
The mommy and the daddy called the police
because their little girl was missing.
A neighbor had seen Santa Claus at their house.
AND THEN
The neighbor said,
"I saw you little girl with Santa Claus getting tickets for going on a plane.
AND THEN
(calypso song)
Bum bum bum ba ba ba bap
Bum bum bum ba ba ba bap
The little girl was in Hawaii having the bestest time with Santa Claus.
AND THEN
No, Santa Claus wasn't there.
He was making presents for the other kids with the elves.
AND THEN
The mommy and the daddy got on the plane
and started chasing Santa Claus around the world.
AND THEN
They called the police every time the got to another place.
AND THEN
Every time Santa Claus tried to land on a roof,
the police said, "Hey tubby, come on over here."
AND THEN
The police officer went in the sled with Santa Claus
and put Santa Claus' handcuffs on.
AND THEN
The Police said, "Hey Santa, where's the little girl."
AND THEN
"I don't know, " he said, "she must be in America."
AND THEN
Have fun,
– Josie

You know everything about being a fireman, so answer the question… there are no wrong answers here.
Mr. Fireman, why do trees make good logs?
It's because you can't make fire with out them…
you can do it with matches.
But you can't do it with cold logs,
you need hot logs to make fire.
Mr. Fireman, why how do houses go on fire?
Well, that is the one thing I do not know, do you???
Have fun,
– Josie
