Bedtime Stories (Storytelling Library: November, 2006)
Baby Monster Lollypop Girl
is the best video game player
in the world.
She is so good,
that she won a video game contest
and got to go to America
on an airplane.
In America, Lollypop Girl visited
her grandma and grandpa.
They didn't know how to play video games,
so she taught them.
When they had enough practice,
she took them to Disney Quest,
where they played lots of video games,
and did lots of fun stuff.
Have fun,
– Josie

Baby Monster Little Bird Plays with Wii…
Not like,
wee, that's fun.
Not like,
you're going down the slide.
Baby Monster Little Bird likes to play the Nintendo Wii,
so she was very happy she got it for her birthday.
The day she got it,
she stayed home from school to play it,
and that was fun….
but she did not miss school
because it was the summer vacation.
But one day, she got sick,
and on that day,
she also stayed home and played with her Nintendo Wii.
Wee!
Have fun,
– Josie

Nintendo Wii is sick.
Nintendo Wii was sick,
so he had to stay home from school,
which made him very sad.
Nintendo Wii threw up (his batteries),
so lost all of his magic power,
which made him very sad.
Nintendo Wii had to stay home with his mother,
so there was no birthday party for him,
which made him very sad.

Baby Monsters Digg n' Dugg: Learning from each other, making stories together,
discovering what's important to you.

I just colored a whole bunch of Baby Monsters Digg n' Dugg and turned them into art you can wear or drink from at the Mon-Store.
Have fun, Josie
Baby Monsters Digg n' Dugg just got back from a trip to the past. They wanted to learn more hieroglyphics (which is a special way of writing with pictures instead of letters), so they visited Egyptian history.
There they met a little boy named Tut. Actually, he was a pharaoh (which is like a king) and his full name was Nebkheperure Tutankhamun, but he said to call him King Tut.
King Tut didn't have much time to play – since he was only nine years old when he became the ruler of Egypt (3,300 years ago) – but he knew all about hieroglyphs, so he turned Baby Monsters Digg n' Dugg into one.

One day I was in Burgertime
and I had to make burgers.
I had to step on burgers to make them fall down –
first the bun,
then the meat patty,
then tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese,
and then the other bun –
and as I walked on them,
they fell onto a plate.
I was in a video game
and all the bad guys were trying to get me.
Mr Hot Dog, Mr Pickle, and Mr Egg
all wanted to fight me,
but I had pepper
so they couldn't get me.
Have fun,
– Josie

When I take off my plastic arms
people think I am dead,
but I'm not.
I can take my arms off
and then on again.
But one day,
my plastic arms fell off
and I couldn't put them arm again,
I mean on again.
So I went to the doctor,
but the doctor couldn't help
because he couldn't help the super people.
Have fun,
– Josie
