I like fish [catchy kids' music by guest artist, The Gorskys]

Enjoy the lyrics to this fishy, children's song. Music by The Gorskys.

I like fish.
I like fish.
I - I like fish.

I think fish are really grand,
they can breath underwater just like Aquaman.
I - I like fish. I - I like fish.

Fish are the only creatures on earth,
that always have a water birth.
I - I like fish. I - I like fish.

If a fish walks past you in the street,
It has evolved considerably.
I - I like fish. I - I like fish.

I like to go down to the sea
and listen to the fish symphony.
I - I like fish. I - I like fish. I like fish.

A fun and fishy, children's song from the Australian comedy group-y, The Gorskys.

Lying King Meets Frankenstein and his monster [Daddy's delicious children's story]

Oh well, this is actually a very nice story.
Oh no.
I remember this,
'cause this happened just the other day.
No, not this one.
Yeah, Lying King was out there playing,
just having fun,
when all of a sudden
Frankenstein came up,
and following behind him –
like a little puppy dog –
was this Frankenstein Monster
blocking out the light of the sun
because he was so huge.

So Lying King said,
"What's up my main monster?"
And Frankenstein's monster said,
"Putting on the Ritz."
and then they started dancing
while Lying King sung,
"If you're blue, and you don't know where to go to,
why don't you go where fashion sits?"
And Frankenstein's Monster sung,
"Putting on the Ribs."

"No, no, no," said Lying King,
"It's putting on the Ritz, not ribs."

"Mmmm, ribs."

Have fun,
– the daddy

In the sea with Candy Fish [sung to the tune of Mariehønen Evigglad (a Danish children's song)]

In the sunny Danish sea,
there are a lot of Candy Fish.
Of every color, shape, and size,
your favorite flavored Candy Fish.

I dived into the ocean blue,
so I could swim with Candy Fish.
But then of course it rain-aaa-aind,
and I got a extra wet.

But of course, it was still a-okay,
'cause Candy Fish was still candy.
So yum, yum, yum. Yum, yum, yum,
it's in my tum, tum, tum de tum.

Have fun,
– Josie

F is for FISH and Overfishing with a slightly-scary Frankenstein's Monster for Sushi [a classic film - wild alphabet animal story - enhanced podcast: season 2, letter F]

What's better then Peanut Butter and Crackers?

Frankenstein and Sushi… it's the greatest! Or as Young Frankenstein's Monster says, "Arg… sushi… yum, yum… putting on the Ritz."

But if you're blue and you don't know where to go to, why don't you go where Frankenstein sits? And while you're there, make sure you stop to hear some horrific children's songs and stories in this fun, but slightly scary, overfished wild animal stories episode.

It's time to play "Go overFish" [a fun, but short storytelling game]

Well,
one day
I was a fishing
and overfishing
because the fish were so sweet.

Yummy, yummy Candy Fish
with bubble gum in them.
I ate until I was ready to pop.

But then I saw an angel fish,
and it looked heavenly,
so I ate it too,
and now there's no more,
unless you change this ending.

Have fun,
– Josie

Making my own Frankenstein Monster [from the diary of a mad scientist]

January 1, 1815

I am Victor von Frankenstein
and this is my story,
and yes,
everything you read about me
is true.

One day, I was walking around
and I found some body parts
just lying around,
just a few feet under ground.
I couldn't just leave them there,
so I used them to make my creature.
And it was perfect,
well almost perfect
'cause something was missing,
a brain.
So with no scarecrows around,
I asked my oz assistant, Igor,
to find me a very good brain…
one that was special
so I could put it in my amazing new creature.
Oh, and it was special, but not the good kind.
As you know, and I later learnt in the papers,
he dropped the good brain
and gave me an abnormal brain.

Have fun,
– Victor von Frankenstein-Josie

My Baby Monsters meet the Frankenstein Monster [kids' storytelling game]

You might think this was scary, but it's really not a scary story,
because Frankenstein's Monster is really not a monster,
he's just misunderstood.

You see, Frankenstein's Monster is really just a very,
very, very sweet creature.
He just looks a little strange.

So when Frankenstein's Monster met My Baby Monsters,
they were like,
"Hey, he looks strange, like us. I like him."
And then they all played and had fun.
They were playing on the see-saw, AND THEN

Well, after eating ice cream,
they all went home from the park
to my baby monsters house
because it was night.
But there was fire, AND THEN

Well, it had been such a wonderful day,
and Frankenstein's Monster, the Creature,
he tried, tried, really tried not to be scared of the fire,
but he was really, really scared of fire
because he knows how dangerous fire is.
So he started screaming, "ROAR!"
And as he screamed, Frankenstein's Monster waved his arms around,
and it might have looked very scary to people, AND THEN

Baby Monsters Mom and Dad
started screaming
and they called the police, AND THEN

Well the police came,
"Bah boo. Bah boo. Bah boo."
(which is the sound of the Danish police), AND THEN

The police took Frankenstein's Monster to jail, AND THEN

They realized Frankenstein's Monster just screamed
because he was scared of fire,
and that he didn't do anything wrong,
in fact he was a hero because
he let the fire department know there was a fire
so they could put it out,
so the police released him from jail,
and he started playing with my baby monsters again, AND THEN

Have fun,
– Josie (and the dad)
