Daddy's extra-sweet story
WRITE NOW — Make this fun kids' story even better by adding your own words.

Once upon a time there was a table,
a table that had all the candy in the world on it.

And all the candy was for the daddy!
Not his little daughter!

And that was very sad for her,
but very good for the daddy…
so he ate all the candy up.

He ate the big candies,
and the little candies,
and the red candies,
and the green candies,
and the yellow candies,
and the blue candies.

Yum yum yum.

And the sweet candies,
and the sour candies,
and the salty candies,
and every other candy in the world.

Yum yum yum.

And you know what happened then?

Yum yum yum.

After he ate all the candies?

Yum yum yuck.

He got sick.

He got a BIG BIG tummy ache.

But then
something magical happened.

His little daughter
– who was more sweet than sour –
instead of going,
"Ha ha ha ha ha,
you got sick,
ha ha ha ha ha."

She took good care of him.

And she made him feel all better
because she was the sweetest daughter in the world.

Much sweeter than any candy.

Have fun,
– the daddy
