"Okay," said the cookie. "Then I will eat you." CHOMP!
AND THEN

"You can't eat me." said Lying King.
"I can do karate." CHOP!
AND THEN

"No you can't. You said you never lie
and everyone lies once and a while.
so you must be lying."
AND THEN

Lying King did karate –
because he had learned it at
Baby Monster School –
and the cookie crumbled.

Now I have $30,
so I walked into town and went to the the supermarket
because I needed broccoli for my dinner.
That cost me $1.

Now I have $29,
so I went to H&M to buy a dress that had a bow by the neck.
It was gold and there was glitter on it.
It only cost $9 because it was on sale.

Now I have $20,
so I went to the candy store and I bought two red licorice sticks,
two bags of gummy bears, and one ice cream cone
(vanilla with chocolate chips)
and that cost $7.

Now I have $13,
so I took the bus home which cost $13.

Now I have nothing.

Last night everyone was shooting fireworks.

This morning, I woke up,
looked out my window
and saw trash.

Used fireworks.

Sticks and paper.

Empty bottles.

Santa Clause said, "It's me, Santa."

But the kids didn't understand. They said, "Why are you here?"

"Because it's Christmas… the first Christmas ever!"

"Christmas," said the kids, "What's…."

"And I have presents for you."

"Presents! Yea, it's Christmas."

"Yea!" shouted the kids.

"You can make your own game," said the teacher. "And look at other people's levels."

The teacher had Little big Planet with her and a PS3. She set it up and everyone wanted to play.

She had four controllers, but their were 18 students in the class so they had to take turns.

It was hard, but fun.

They made the best levels, and learned all about games and physics.

When the kids came home, they told their moms and dads about their exciting day, and asked if they would buy Little Big Planet for them for their birthday, for Christmas, or just for fun.

"I mean it. I'm gonna come up and get you

"Okay Paul," says mom as she walks up the stairs,
"I'm coming up now."

"Ha – ha ha – ha ha. You can't find me.
I am hiding… in my dreams."

She had also seen the festival on board ship, and she told them where the prince came from, and where his palace stood.

"Come, little sister," said the other princesses; then they entwined their arms and rose up in a long row to the surface of the water, close by the spot where they knew the prince's palace stood.

The little mermaid now perceived that the crew were in danger; even she herself was obliged to be careful to avoid the beams and planks of the wreck which lay scattered on the water.

 At one moment it was so pitch dark that she could not see a single object, but a flash of lightning revealed the whole scene; she could see every one who had been on board excepting the prince; when the ship parted, she had seen him sink into the deep waves, and she was glad, for she thought he would now be with her; and then she remembered that human beings could not live in the water, so that when he got down to her father's palace he would be quite dead. Then the old lady ordered eight great oysters to attach themselves to the tail of the princess to show her high rank.

"But they hurt me so," said the little mermaid.

"Pride must suffer pain," replied the old lady.

When she came back, she had hundreds of things to talk about; but the most beautiful, she said, was to lie in the moonlight, on a sandbank, in the quiet sea, near the coast, and to gaze on a large town nearby, where the lights were twinkling like hundreds of stars; to listen to the sounds of the music, the noise of carriages, and the voices of human beings, and then to hear the merry bells peal out from the church steeples; and because she could not go near to all those wonderful things, she longed for them more than ever.

 Oh, did not the youngest sister listen eagerly to all these descriptions? and afterwards, when she stood at the open window looking up through the dark blue water, she thought of the great city, with all its bustle and noise, and even fancied she could hear the sound of the church bells, down in the depths of the sea.

Far out in the ocean the water is as blue as the petals of the loveliest cornflower, and as clear as the purest glass. But it is very deep too. It goes down deeper than any anchor rope will go, and many, many steeples would have to be stacked one on top of another to reach from the bottom to the surface of the sea. It is down there that the sea folk live.

Now don't suppose that there are only bare white sands at the bottom of the sea. No indeed! The most marvelous trees and flowers grow down there, with such pliant stalks and leaves that the least stir in the water makes them move about as though they were alive. All sorts of fish, large and small, dart among the branches, just as birds flit through the trees up here. From the deepest spot in the ocean rises the palace of the sea king. Its walls are made of coral and its high pointed windows of the clearest amber, but the roof is made of mussel shells that open and shut with the tide. This is a wonderful sight to see, for every shell holds glistening pearls, any one of which would be the pride of a queen's crown."

No, no, no, no dancing. You can't dance here. There's a problem. If you dance on this crumbled Cookie Street, with all the melted chocolate chips, then everyone will get very hurt and messy.

Yeah, I'm going to eat all the cookies on Cookie Street. Gobble – gobble – gobble.

She decided to eat some fruit, so she she came to me — the grape — and opened her mouth.

I said, "No, no. Do not eat me. Can't you see my eyes? Can you see me. Do not eat me."

"Who's that? Who's that?" said the little girl. "Mom, is that you?"

"No," said her mom. "I can't hear anything."

"Dad, is that you?"

"Nooooooo," said I, the grape. "It was me. Look at your fruit."

"Aghhh! Mom, the fruit is talking."

"That's nice dear."

"What's that matter?" I asked. "Didn't you know that all fruit talks? But you only have watermelons and grapes… I guess that's okay since we're in the same family. You know, Watermelons are old people and Grapes are young people."

"Well," said the little girl, "should I eat you then?"

"No way! What are you thinking! I do not want to be in that old, stinky tummy of yours! Yuck! With all that sticky, sticky candy. Eww, fruit and candy together… No Way. "

Old Lady: I was traveling through and back in time, when all of a sudden, I fell over and became an old lady.

Her Dad: You tripped through time and became old?

Old Lady: Yes, and then I saw Baby Monster Grandma, when I fell, because she was spinning around my head.

Her Dad: Like in the cartoons? Like when little birds fly around?

Old Lady: Yes, or stars…. and now I'm an old lady.

Her Dad: What's it like being an old lady?

Old Lady: I need help taking clothes on.

Her Dad: Why do you need help taking clothes on? You're already wearing clothes.

Old Lady: And off.

Her Dad: Hey, wait. Why do you need help taking clothes off? No, no, no… this is a kid's story. Keep your clothes on old lady.

Old Lady: Well, my mom helps me take them on and off.

Her Dad: Wait. you're an old lady and your mom's still around? She must be a really old, old, old lady.

Old Lady: Yes. My mom is actually 36 and I am 57.

as everyone turns their lives' pages,

pulling the universe's spine inside out,

'cause it will mess up life, the universe, and our story.
