The sushi story [sailing the sushi boat to Japan]
WRITE NOW — Make this fun kids' story even better by adding your own words.

One day I was at a restaurant
that had a lot of sushi
on boats,
and there were sushi chefs
in the middle of the water
catching fresh fish
and making yummy sushi.

Every time I grabbed a piece,
the sushi chefs put a new one,
one that was different,
on the yummy sushi boats.

There were lots of different colors –
they were always different colors –
every single color in the whole world.

That is why I went over there,
I was in Japan,
to find the best sushi.

Then I sailed home
on a rainbow sushi boat
and gave some great sushi
to my family,
and they said,
"Mmmm, where did you get that from?"
And I said,
"I visited the whole entire world to get some sushi."

Have fun,
– Josie
