You are the Vet,
you know everything about taking care of animals,
so please answer the question…
remember, you are the expert,
so there are no wrong answers here.

.
Mr. Veterinarian, how do cats cry?

Oh that's easy.
First they have to get really, really sad…
then they cry.

.
Mrs. Veterinarian, how did you become a veterinarian?

Well, first I went to a place,
and then I got the job.
I can't remember where the place was,
I think it was in Billund… the home of LEGO.
They gave me a pretty piece of paper.
It says, "I'm a Vet!"

.
Mr. Veterinarian, how did the world get made?

Since I am a Vet,
I know everything about how the world was made.

The world was made when someones daddy's sneezed…
and out from his nose
blew
a
BIGG
ball
of Earth,
and the rest of the solar system. the galaxy, and the universe.

Have fun,
– Josie

Mr. Veterinarian, do you eat meat or are you a herbivore?

  2. Storyteller Tony (9) added to the children's story:

Oh, you like dogs. What do you mean you like dogs? Oh, you like them to eat. To eat what? To be eaten by you? With some herbs? So you're saying your not a vegetarian?

  3. Storyteller Jody (8) added to the children's story:

Mrs. Veterinarian, is it fun being a Vet? Do you get to play with dogs all day?

    Yes and yes.

  4. Storyteller Julia – age 10 added to the children's story:

Hi I am 10 years old and I want to be a vet cause I love animals.
I am a girl. My name is Julia and I just got my rabbit neutered.

He is a boy. His name is Sniffles. He's so cute! I will love him forever.

The sad thing is, my aunt said the rabbit was abandoned.
There was another rabbit, but I guess he got killed cause she said
    the another one wasn't there.

But guess how old the rabbit is?!
He is only 8 months old!
I can't believe someone would abandon a rabbit that is under 1!
So I am realy ticked about that.

In the cage there was food, water, some toys, alfa bits, carrots, and more!

I can't believe that someone is too lazy to sell them,
or give them to a good family.
Come on, that's just lazy people!
Come on you! Wake up you take care of your self!
Get a life if your to lazy to do things.

I am going to turn 11, but I don't have any questions.
I just wanted to tell you the bad news.

  5. Storyteller olivia (8) added to the children's story:

  6. Storyteller olivia (8) added to the children's story:

oh i forgot to say the dogs names, donna was a girl, rocky was a boy,and so was rex.

  7. Storyteller Cassidy 12 added to the children's story:

    Hi, I`m Cassidy and I`m turning 12.
For my birthday I`m getting a Guinea Pig.
When I went to a Pet Cetera to look at the Guinea Pigs, I looked at their cage to see if they were in a good healthy environment.
There were 3 medium sized Guinea Pigs in 1 half of a, medium sized box, cage. They had 1 dish and they had their food and water in it, it also had green algae on the bottom of it. The cage bottom was covered in their poop and they were EATING the shavings!
I went back a week later, and their cage had not been touched.
The bowl was even more covered in algae and the cage floor smelled of urine, badly.
I want to become a veterinarian so I can help poorly treated, illy treated animals, and help them have a second chance.
My method to reach this goal is to help at the nearest SPCA, and help those animals find a home.I`m going to send in a complaint about the treatment of those animals to the manager of the Pet Cetera and tell him/her that they should start treating those animals better or we, the customers who care, can press charges against him/her for ill treatment towards animals.
I`m not going to say the where-abouts that the store is in, because in the peoples hearts who care, they already know.

  8. Storyteller Cassidy 12 added to the children's story:

The only thing I`m considering is that I would have to "kill"animals who I can`t help…

  9. Storyteller Mya, 15 added to the children's story:

Hey. Yes, Im old but I want to write why I want to be a vet too. My puppy died about a month ago. He was always cheerful. He was a Lahsa Apsa, very expensive dogs. I think our neighbors poisoned him. I want to become a vet because I don't want any other little kids to cry over losing their best friend. So, my mission is to help all the little kids and their pets live happily ever after!
